Ann lost 45 pounds in 6 months, starting at the 6-month postpartum mark. In the past, she tried methods such as low carb, intermittent fasting, and restricting her calorie intake to 1200 to create a deficit only to gain everything back. Having lost the weight, she now experiences increased energy levels and better sleep quality. Ann maintains her results by working out three times a week, either from home or at the gym and eating whatever she want .
